Since the spring of 2017, our affiliate, Lexington Land Services of TX, has been a licensed Texas title agent providing the highest level of customer service and title expertise in the state while simultaneously remaining compliant with all Texas rules, regulations and guidelines.
Our team has extensive experience with large commercial transactions that encompass both single and multi-site properties in Texas, as well as multi-state transactions. With over 130 years of experience, our team not only has a deep understanding of the Texas title insurance industry but has built strong relationships with our national underwriting partners ensuring that no matter the complexity of the transaction, it will be done right.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2019, Mr. Jackson was responsible for managing a Commercial Real Estate Closing Department for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in San Antonio. Previously he has held various County Manager / Division President positions for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance, Chicago Title Insurance Company and Fidelity.
Mr. Jackson served three years in the Marine Corps before joining the title industry.
